A lithium battery does not have one universal appearance. It may look like a small coin cell, a cylindrical metal cell, a flat silver pouch, a rectangular plastic pack, a power-tool battery, or a large vehicle module.
Appearance alone cannot reliably identify battery chemistry. Check the printed label, voltage, model number, safety markings, and device documentation before charging, handling, shipping, or recycling it.
